- A newly constructed 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom vacation home on a 1/4 acre lot. You have the entire house for yourself (which sleeps up to 6 people). This is perfect for relaxation, comfort and convenience.
- Bedroom #1 - Master bedroom with in-suite bathroom/full bathroom, queen sized bed, chest of draw, dresser with mirror, night table, lamp, accent chair and it's own AC unit. In-suite bathroom is fully stocked with towels, wash rags, toiletries, hair dryer etc.
- Bedroom #2 - has a full size bed, dresser with mirror, night table, accent chair, it's own AC unit and (shared full bathroom which is stocked with towels, rags, toiletries, hair dyer etc.)
- Bedroom #3 - has a full size bed, chest of draw with mirror, night table, ottoman/hassock, standing electrical fan (and shared full bathroom).
- Living room with 49" flat screen tv with remote, cable tv, sofa, center table and 1 standing electric fan.
- Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop, 6 burner gas stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, dinnerware, utensils, pots, pans, cups, glassware etc.
