Welcome to The HP Mini Suite.
The HP Mini Suite is a cozily furnished 1 bedroom with a private /in-in suite bathroom. Located at the side of a residential home (in St. Catherine Jamaica), you have your own private entrance to your own space.
The HP Mini Suite features the following:
- a full size bed
- armoire / wardrobe
- night tables
- flat screen TV
- microwave
- private entrance
- AC (with remote)
- Standing electrical fan
- Wifi / internet access
- Cable TV
- Cleaning service
- Linens, towels, toiletries etc.
- Wash tub (in the event you want to do your own laundry by hand) and there is also a clothesline (you can use for sun drying).
- Complimentary parking / drive-way parking for 1 vehicle
- US45.00 per night / 2 nights minimum stay / 30 days maximum stay. Single occupancy only.
- Security deposit of US150.00. This will be returned within 24 - 48 hours after check out if there are no damages.
= Cleaning Fee of US$25.00
**Please note that you will be sent a separate invoice for security deposit and cleaning fee prior to your stay.**
All rates are subject to changes.
* Pick up and drop off at airport (Normal Manley International Airport at additional fee - subject to availability so please ask for details).**
* Concierge services (complimentary concierge service) can provide you with key information regarding various tours to tourist attractions, great restaurants, beaches, museums, taxi services etc.
* Arranging for you to spend 2 nights (at extra cost) on the North Coast / one of Jamaica's tourists destinatins including:
- Villa Retreat (Jamaica), our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom sister property in Retreat, St. Mary which is just 20 mins drive from Ocho Rios, Jamaica)
or
- LD Hideway (Jamaica), 1 or 2 bedrooms within a residential home) sister property in Rio Nuevo, St. Mary which is just 15 mins drive from Ocho Rios and close to the Tower Isle area of St. Mary.
